In this complex society, every workplace, every organization, and every home conflict is there and inevitably people do not like conflict to happen. We have to accept that difficult people are there and difficult situation is an issue we have to deal with.

Most people see conflict as indicative of a problem. Disagreement feels uncomfortable and threatening.
